Feature Requests

The customer Kläffling wants there to be a button for time wall that you can click directly at the top right of the task. It would also be very helpful if you could link various activities and comments to the time required, such as “email opened and read”, “customer conversation carried out”, “comment left”, etc. So you can always check exactly what you have done.

Files and links can be renamed in Files & Links tab. We would like to be able to rename in comment tab, where we add/upload them most of the time.

Request from German customer Kläffling: it would simply be nice to translate this table directly into an Excel spreadsheet, ideally in a “what you see is what you get” manner — meaning with all sorts and filters applied. Alternatively — and perhaps easier as a first step — as a complete table with all fields and completed tasks, so that one can then filter in Excel. Fields with multiple elements (such as Followers, Tags) can be placed in a single Excel cell with the individual entries separated by commas or semicolons. It might also be useful to include the custom fields defined within the project — both in the table view and in the Excel export. I’m happy to explain this to your developers in a call as well. I consider this quite important, as the table view is very well suited for providing data to third parties.

As a project admin, I want to set multiple layered deadlines on a task (e.g. 3 deadlines - soft, firm, and final), so that I can track early targets while enforcing a final. Deadlines should be clearly labeled, visually distinct and all unchangeable once set.

When using the “Search tasks…” option on a board, it would be helpful if the subject and the comments could also be found. Currently, it’s more like a filter function based on title text. Anything not in the title will not be found. A colleague structured it like this… · Standard sorting: newest cards first (reversible, remember last sorting) · Sortable by fields (projects, board) · Results with live filters (board, remember settings) · Settings can be reset · TW card ID (high weight) · TW card headline (high weight) · TW card description (medium weight) · TW card comments, activities, approvals (low weight) · TW card other metadata (lowest weight)

The times are not synchronized cleanly, for example, all-day tasks are only stored as an entry at 00:00

When changing the display from board view to table view, the search field is emptied. However, the search term should tend to be retained.

Customer LIT are asking to be able when adding filters in the overview section, to be able to save them as favourites

Customer LIT is asking for an option to able to filter the notifications to Follower/Assignee, based on that the user's role in the task
