Barbata Keinath from Inpotron is asking for the following feature: As a team lead, a user assigns tasks to employees within his team. When the employees mark the tasks as completed, he no longer has an overview of which tasks are currently being worked on or whether they have been completed, as the tasks are no longer visible once they are checked off. When a task is marked as completed, the link in his personal project is also automatically checked off — unfortunately without giving him any control or visibility over this action. This leads to the question of whether there could be some kind of write protection for the completion checkbox. Thank you very much and best regards,

Customer Inpotron do not want to archive their completed projects only in TW, but also create a data backup by exporting them as a CSV file on our server. As an example, they have selected a “small” project to demonstrate that even with little content, the exported file already appears chaotic. The presentation of the exported data is very confusing and difficult to understand. Attached below are a screenshot from TW and a screenshot of the CSV file. Is it possible to represent the project structure more clearly, for example by highlighting the task lists and the individual tasks? It must be clearly visible which task belongs to which task list, including all associated information such as properties, comments, etc. The data exported from Taskworld must remain understandable even years later in order to calculate follow-up projects and review past tasks, and potentially also for new colleagues who join the team in the future.

At the moment you can only have a follower added with each task creation, we would like to have the option to add an assignee when task is created. Thank you.

I would like to have a bulk edit feature of editing dates in Overview.

Be able to print a task or download as PDF for audit purposes. The current CSV is messy and missing some details. Having it printed or at least in PDF would allow us to print a copy of the online checklist being used. Key feature for us.

The option to hide (but not remove) completed subtasks from checklist so that checklists that are completed sequentially shrink as subtasks are completed. Also, offer the option to hide the number of subtasks completed versus total subtasks ("x/y")to help users save on limited vertical real estate.

Amend automation rules to allow team assignations on each of the relevant ones, on top of individual user assignation.

When we create a new task, now "follower" is added automatically, but is there any options to add "assignee" automatically instead when creating a new task.
