I am having major issues with all the information and attachments being populated when I create a direct task.
I would like to see the following
  1. outlook add-in
  2. Office 365 integration including one drive to streamline process
  3. additional file management system integration such as onedrive or sharepoint.
Outlook add-in and Office 365 integration is a key feature that trello has and taskworld doesn't. You can click an icon in outlook and a sidebar pops up populated with the email information and you can check edit in real-time to make sure it has what you needs and is sent to the correct board/project and tasklist see link and attached photo https://blog.trello.com/trello-add-in-for-outlook
This would also reduce the email duplication that occurs when sending a direct task.
Due to needing to assign the direct task by addressing it to the appropriate person (whom is often the sender), at the moment the sender recieves a copy of the email they just sent which defeats the purpose of trying to send the task to taskworld in the first place and just reduces productivity through duplication.
