The customer Kläffling wants there to be a button for time wall that you can click directly at the top right of the task. It would also be very helpful if you could link various activities and comments to the time required, such as “email opened and read”, “customer conversation carried out”, “comment left”, etc. So you can always check exactly what you have done.
